12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New South Wales, Australia for the resolution of any disputes.

13. Cancellation and suspension of account

Seek To Travel reserves all rights to suspend your account and cancel your account any time without any notice.

14. Refund Policy

You must provide 48 hours notice to Business/ Driver and Seek To Travel for a refund. You will need to email [email protected] and message Business using Seek To Travel messaging portal for a refund.

If we agree to refund your amount, it will be the amount which we received excluding bank fees hence when you receive refunded amount it may not be the exact amount which you have paid.

For example, if you have paid AUD $100 and we receive $95 in our account after bank service charges, we will refund AUD $95 to you. The amount you receive may also be different depending on the exchange rate on the day.

15. Data Law

Seek To Travel reserves all the rights to the data on our platform. Seek To Travel can use or investigate any data (including but not only messages on this Website) if required however Seek To Travel doesn’t have any obligation to investigate any data.

Businesses are responsible to upload non-copyright images.

16. Affiliate

This Website uses affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link on this Website,  Seek To Travel may be compensated. 

17. Liability, Accident and Insurance

Seek To Travel is a platform where users can ask questions to businesses/drivers before booking their service.

It is businesses and user’s responsibility to agree on insurance and claims between each other should there be any need for insurance. Examples, where you may need insurance, are accident, theft or any other incident related to insurance.

If there is an accident, Seek To Travel is not liable or responsible for any claims. You will need to contact the driver for all claims.

You understand that using Seek To Travel website, you will not sue or take any action against Seek To Travel, owners, directors and/or persons working for Seek To Travel. You waive them from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of an event that may occur by you buying deals and service on Seek To Travel website.
