As a traveller, you can search for private drivers with cars on Seek To Travel. Once you find the car with a driver that fits your requirements, you can click on Buy Now to book the driver.

If you have questions about the tour, you can message the drivers anonymously and discuss the tour details.

We hold the payment until the trip has been completed, so if there are any issues with the driver you can inform us immediately and we will try to resolve those issues.

Stay Anonymous and Message Privately: We take privacy seriously. You will be able to message and ask questions directly to businesses without revealing your identity like phone numbers, Facebook profiles.

Once all your questions have been answered and you book business, we will then email business and travellers an email with both their email addresses so they can exchange contact details.

Verified Drivers: We verify business owner’s licenses to make sure that they have a valid driver’s license.

We hold payments: We hold payments until Tour is completed hence if there are any issues with your Trip you can inform us and we will do our best to resolve those issues.

Secure Payment: We use a secure payment portal and we do not store any credit card information.

No Booking Fees: We do not charge any booking fees.

If you would like to cancel your booking, please email 48 hours in advanced to [email protected] and notify the driver/business you are dealing with within Seek To Travel messaging portal.

Seek To Travel will refund you the full amount which we have received in our bank account. This means that the amount you will receive will be the amount excluding bank fees hence it may not be the exact amount that you have paid for the trip.

Also, exchange rates do fluctuate hence it is another factor to consider why you may not get exactly the same amount which you have paid.

Note: There may be some specific terms and condition from drivers about some tours hence please check those terms and conditions which is listed by the business.

We have businesses that provide private drivers with cars. Some of the services you can expect to see on our websites are:

Full Day: This is typically between 8-10 hours package.

Half Day: This is typically between 4-6 hours packages.

Airport Transfer: Airport to your Destination or Destination to Airport.

Fixed Tours: Businesses have created their own itinerary for a half day or full day. These can be per person price so make sure to check the details before you book. You can also contact the drivers for details about any tours.

Customized Tours: Our partners/businesses we work with are flexible to accommodate your requirements. Hence message than your requirements and agree on a customized tour before you pay them so you do not have to pay any extra.
